GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE THEIR RIGS (5TH WHEELS, TRAVEL TRAILERS AND MOTORHOMES) TOWED IN; YOU MUST BE ABLE TO MOVE YOUR RIG ON YOUR OWN WITH YOUR OWN VEHICLE OR YOUR OWN SELF.
PETS: WE ONLY ALLOW UP TO 2 DOGS PER SITE/PARTY.
We do NOT allow conversion RV's.
*Nightly rates are for 1-6 days, and weekly rates are for 1-3 weeks. If you would like to convert from daily to weekly, you must do so before you arrive or within the first 48 hours of staying here.
*ALL REFUNDS FOR MONTHLY RENTERS WILL BE PRO-RATED AT THE WEEKLY RATE FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS.

** Please note during peak summer months of JUNE, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER there will be a $2.00/day electric surcharge for all monthly customers staying in the park. Because of the bracket we fall into with the city, we are charged a daily surcharge as well. This is the only way we see fit to be fair to our customers and to keep our business running. Keep in mind, our Electric bill was increased by $11,000.00/month. We are not happy with these price increases, but unfortunately it is out of our control at this point. For any complaints, please visit the City of Boulder City. We as the staff of CTRV will not be arguing the price increase. It is beyond our control. We hope you can understand where we come from as a business. As you all know, we work constantly to keep our park at the highest standards. It is unfortunate that we must raise our rates, but to stay in business and keep a nice park, it is necessary. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. **

Refunds & Cancellation Fees:
- There will be a $200 non-refundable deposit for all monthly bookings, should you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to call the office.
- If you are a monthly renter and are more than 3 (three) days late on your rent, there will be a $25 late fee plus $5/day for every day late after that.
- There will be a flat rate charge of $10.00 for every refund, no EXCEPTIONS.
- A 48 hour advanced cancellation is required for a refund.
* We accept ALL credit cards - Visa, MC, AMEX, Disc, etc.
* Check in time is at 12:00 noon.
* Check out time is at 11:00 am.
* There is a $35.00 fee on all returned checks.
